Summer Housing

The Summer 2025 Housing Request Process will open on March 17 at 5pm EST on the Living@TU Portal.

Housing Eligibility

To qualify for University Housing for Summer 2025, residents must be engaged in either:

  • Summer Classes: Resident is required to be a degree-seeking, admitted, and enrolled in summer classes for each session that they are residing on campus.
  • Working on Campus: Resident must work 30+ hours per week on campus in order to be eligible for summer housing. An employment verification form is required from the resident's TU employer.

If a resident is not enrolled in summer classes or employed 30 hours or more with the University at any point throughout the summer, it's considered a breach of the summer housing contract and the resident will be expected to check out within 72 hours of notification.

Residents must have proper academic and disciplinary standing, as determined by the University.
