Honoring 2025 Graduates
Each spring, Towson University celebrates the accomplishments of our graduates. This year, we extend that celebration to include faculty, staff and their remarkable family members.
As an institute of higher learning, we support our employees and their loved ones reaching educational milestones. Whether completing a degree at TU or graduating from another institution, our community represents the dedication to continuing education.
We invite you to join us in congratulating the educational achievements of TU faculty, staff, and their families. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to each of you!

We want to celebrate you and your family, whether earning a GED, high school diploma, associate's degree, bachelor's degree, master's degree or doctoral degree.
Submission Timeline
- Submissions Open: May 21 at 10 a.m.
- Deadline to Submit: June 6 at 5 p.m.
- Page Launch Date: June 20 at 10 a.m.
Who to Submit
Eligible graduates must be related to a current Towson University faculty or staff member (including regular and contingent employees).
You may nominate:
- yourself (if you are a TU employee graduating)
- a spouse or partner
- a child or stepchild
- a grandchild
- a parent
Graduates may be from any educational institution, not just TU.
Submission Guidelines
- Each employee may submit one form per graduate.
- Submissions must include the graduate's full name, degree type, institution and major (if applicable).
- Submissions must also include the employee's name, department and relationship to the graduate. We reserve the right to edit submissions for clarity or length.

Can I submit more than one graduate?
You may submit multiple graduates just complete a separate form for everyone.
What kind of graduates can be recognized?
We welcome submissions from graduates of the following programs:
- High School
- GED Programs
- Associate’s Degrees
- Bachelor’s Degrees
- Master’s Degrees
- Doctoral Degrees
- Professional or Terminal Degree Programs
Do the graduates need to attend TU?
No. This recognition page is to celebrate the educational accomplishments of our faculty and staff, and those related to TU faculty and staff. We accept submissions for graduates from any high school or institution of higher education
Is a photo required?
No. Photos are not necessary.
Can I edit a submission after it has been sent?
If you need to make a change after submitting, please contact operationsdiv AT_TOWSON
When is the deadline to submit?
All submissions must be received by 5 p.m. on Friday, June 6, 2025, to be included in the published recognition list.
When and where will the graduate recognition be published?
The webpage will go live on Friday, June 20, 2025, and will be announced via TU Today.
