Year 3: Epsilon Cohort
The Epsilon cohort is currently in in year three of the Hill-Lopes Scholars Program.
Launch
Scholars in their third year apply skills gained in prior years, chart individual career paths, develop personal career road maps and secure post-graduate plans.
They do this by:
- creating and following an individual success plan (or “checklist”)
- participating in planning monthly program meetings and workshops
- conducting peer mentoring
- executing STEM career network and career readiness skills
