Leading with Resilience: Strategies for Sustainable Impact for Nonprofits

Discover skills to strengthen resilience to create lasting impacts on nonprofits.

A recent survey in The Chronicle of Philanthropy revealed that a third of nonprofit leaders plan to leave their organizations in the next two years, with 22% saying they plan to leave the sector altogether. While they reported overall satisfaction with their jobs, many said the demands of their roles were relentless. These findings show it’s more important than ever to help nonprofit executives build the resilience that allows them to serve their communities, without sacrificing their own well-being.

On day two, participants are joined by their board chair (or another board leader) to explore purpose-driven board practices and gain insights from an experienced panel on elevating the CEO/board relationship.
