This page outlines the admission and transfer policies that apply to all students pursing a second bachelor’s degree at Towson University.
Students with international coursework must complete the International Admissions requirements and submit a course-by-course evaluation from one of the following international credential evaluation companies: ECE, IEE, IERF, TEC, WES or NACES member company. Internationally earned degrees must be deemed equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s degree by the credential evaluation service in order to be eligible for second bachelor’s admission.
Students who have studied outside of the United States may be required to submit proof of English proficiency. Questions regarding transcript evaluations or English proficiency may be directed to intladm AT_TOWSON.
