Contacting the ISSO

All ISSO services may be accessed during normal business hours Monday - Friday, 8 am- 5 pm, by visiting the office in PY 408, by email, or by phone. Immigration requests may be submitted online through the ISSO Portal.

The standard processing time for all requests is up to 5 business days upon successful receipt of all required documents and information. We work towards minimal interruption of your services but due to a high volume of requests, please be patient if you experience a delayed response.

Immigration Emergency After Hours:  
The ISSO is closed on weekends and TU designated holidays. If you have a true immigration emergency (for example, you or another TU student is detained by Department of Homeland Security or you or another TU student is in the hospital), please contact the TU police at 410-704-2134 and they will contact an ISSO advisor on call.
