Julie East, SHRM-CSP, ACC, is an executive coach and seasoned business leader with a heart for helping others shine. Her mission is to guide leaders towards reaching their fullest potential through thoughtful, personalized coaching.

With a rich background in human resources, Julie has walked in the shoes of leaders. From problem-solving on distribution center floors to facilitating goal achievement for career-driven leaders and supporting executive teams in setting actionable business strategies, Julie brings a wealth of real-world experience to her coaching practice.

She is ceritified as a professional diversity coach by the CoachDiversity Institute, Washington DC, and as an associate certified coach by the International Coaching Federation. She earned a certificate in instructional design from University of California, Berkeley, a certification in change management from The Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Oklahoma State University.

When she’s not coaching, you might find Julie leading retreats or volunteering with the homeless community, cheering on her adventurous van-dwelling daughter and enjoying life in Northern Maryland with her husband and their two dogs.
