The mission of University Advancement is to involve alumni and friends of the university in raising Towson University’s philanthropic and alumni engagement profile in support of the institution’s strategic priorities. Advancing Towson University’s interests by increased financial resources and alumni participation is critical to support academic programs and to respond to Maryland’s educational and workforce needs. Therefore, through the offices of Development, Alumni Relations and the Towson University Foundation, University Advancement strives to attract individual, foundation and corporate support as well as provide appropriate stewardship to all gifts to the university.

Gather with Marching Band alumni of all ages at a tailgate before the TU vs. Villanova football game. Tailgate starts at 9 a.m.; kickoff is at 1 p.m. Tickets are $15 and include tailgate access with food; light breakfast snacks will be served, and Mission BBQ will be delivered at 10:30 a.m.

Join fellow the Towson University Alumni Association, the NYC Alumni Alliance, and fellow TU alumni for a special evening at Peaches Prime in Brooklyn! Enjoy a curated tapas tasting experience while reconnecting with Tigers in the area.

Help us harvest the final crops of the season. Join TU alumni and their families as we harvest produce to be shared with local food banks, homeless shelters, soup kitchens and other food providers. It's a great way to make an impact and create positive change in the community alongside fellow Tigers.
